Start this year with much positivity and my personal resolution to stay healthy and maintain great skin. Below are my tips for great health and skin:

  • Start your morning with warm lemon water
  • Do a minimum of 30 minutes of cardio, preferably in the morning
  • Add more seasonal vegetables and fruits to your diet
  • Cut back on dairy, sugar, and starch
  • Start your day with a moment of reflection and gratitude and breathing guided meditation
