I am thrilled that Painted Bins has empowered more than 2,400 young environmental stewards in Marin, helping to divert nearly 9 tons of food waste from the landfill each year. Their passion is evident in the student posters displayed on waste collection bins throughout Tiburon and Belvedere. Thanks to the support of the Tiburon Peninsula Foundation, we can feature the original artwork on weather-resistant panels that are refreshed annually, engaging and educating the public about waste diversion.

Tiburon Peninsula Little League is incredibly grateful for the generous grant we’ve received from Tiburon Peninsula Foundation for our 2026 season. The funds will allow us to purchase new, properly-sized catchers’ equipment for our ball players, including our Rookies Minor Division. This will allow more kid to safely learn the position at a younger age without families having to make the financial investment to purchase their own gear. It will be an impactful contribution to our TPLL community for many years to come!
